I just got back from a cruise that First Class Vacations booked for me It was my second cruise they booked for me, ans it was a great experience The girls in reservations made everything easy I had a great time and look forward to booking with them again next year THANKS FIRST CLASS!!!
There were sanfuus along the way from sales to reservations and final confirmation, the company worked at rectifying the issues and we are satisfied with the end result
I was informed when booking the 2nd cruise in my vacation package, that when we booked resort stay that is done through another company After returning from that cruise I have contacted First Class Vacations / Firefly numerous times They call back wanting to sell me another package, the person calling doesn't know the number to book the resort stay I keep sending emails, calling and leaving messages and get the same thing - someone calling to sell me something I do not recommend this company

Every time I answer one of these phone calls from obviously fake numbers with caller IDs saying things like "Member Rewards" and "Member Services" (which I am pretty sure is illegal by the way), I am greeted with a recorded message that says "Do you want to go on a cruise?"While the voice in the recording sounds perfectly pleasant, after hearing it almost times this month, I want to punch the person who recorded it
During every call, I ask to be removed from their list, and remind them about the DO NOT CALL registryThe "sales" rep, usually in a friendly tone, says she will remove me from the list right away, but still the calls persist
During one of the more recent calls, I spent the time to listen to the nearly minute high pressure sales pitch about a "signficantly discounted" cruise package, was told that I couldnt "tell anyone about my cruise or how much I paid, because they would be upset that they had to pay so much more", was transfered to a "verification specialist" and a "package specialist", and finally to someone who insisted that I provide them with a major credit card to make a massive down-payment of $towards this cruise that I didnt want
When I refused to give payment details and instead asked AGAIN to be removed from the list, I was told that I was "rude", and that I was going to be "reported for wasting people's time"Really?Dont forget that you called ME, who is wasting WHO's time???
Since I am not one to fall for these types of things, I cant say for sure that this is a complete scam, but if it was such an amazing deal, why the shady and illegal sales tactics?

We purchased this vacation from firefly yrs agoWe were not able to cruise right away and we were told that we could take the cruise up to two yrs laterAt the time we did not know that we had to take the short cruise 1st before we could take the day cruise
Then when we calculated the cost to fly to Fla RT and the Money we had ALRREADY put down $599, it was not a reasonable price for any cruise
Well, we had already put the $on our credit card and decided to just write it off as a very bad experience and a scam
I just got another call today from firefly after 2yrs of not hearing from them and they wanted to sell us another very bad deal (scam)When I asked if they were out of Fla, she asked me why I wanted to know that, I said excuse me and she hung up
BEWARE, PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM FIREFLY, VERY BAD ***

We almost went with the offer *** from firefly called me aboutHe neglected to mention the cost of person and until I asked based on some of the other reviewsHe did mention that the 2nd cruise in the package (the day cruise ) would be $per person up to peopleHe never mention that there would be a $fee for the 3rd and 4th person on the first day cruiseIf we pay $598, $598., $395, and $395, we are only saving $off of the cost of the cruise if we purchased it directly from the cruise company! Also, they make it look good by saying you get additional vacations at very low costs, but who know, they may be out of business by then
By the way, I called Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Make a Wish Foundation and none had heard of any partnership with them!
My wife and I have just returned from a short vacation to Myrtle Beach using Cruise Firefly's 3-day "Get-up-and-go Get Away" selection from one of their vacation packages we purchased. We previously used the 7 night cruise selection from this same package. Both vacations proved to be great experiences thanks in large part to Firefly agents. CEO, Jeff [redacted], worked closely with us to insure that any serious concerns we had were addressed. He proved to be professional, competent and most especially, helpful. We are looking forward to scheduling additional vacations in the very near future and fully recommend Firefly to others.

As an experienced cruiser, traveling with my family every year, I'm delighted to have found Firefly Travel. My experience with this company has been pleasant from beginning to end. They are true to their word while their customer service is top notch in every way. I plan to remain a customer hereafter.
