We booked first class Vanlines for our move from Toronto to Victoria - like many we were enticed by the great pricing - but don't be fooled by the smooth talking sales people and price - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Our items were to be stored in Toronto at one price but were shipped ahead of schedule without notification and we were forced to pay a higher storage fee as a resultOur house contents were delivered weeks after promised and broken Additionally this company "lost" our BBQ and wine fridge and now conveniently will not return any of our phone calls or emails.....we've been trying to get an answer on our lost and/or stolen items plus damaged by movers and after almost months still have no answers
