Ms [redacted] and her mother financed a vehicle with our company It was discovered by our staff they had submitted employment and income information on their application to qualify for the loanWe brought them to our office to review the information and they admitted it was false, but told us they both would have new jobs and income in the immediate futureMs [redacted] 's mother sent us an engagement letter showing she was going to work at Aetna within two weeks Ms [redacted] was supposed to be going to work full time at firehouse subs and was to bring us proof of suchShe set two deadlines to bring us her proof of income on her new job Both times she failed to bring in what she promised Both times she did not bother to call us and reset expectationsMeanwhile they failed to pay of the first three biweekly payments that had come due I was contacted by Ms [redacted] wanting another temporary tag because her's had expiredI asked about her documentation and the two delinquent payments She became very foul and told me to come get the vehicle Her mother called and asked me what was going on I explained her daughter had cussed me out and told me to come get the car I went to their house, met the daughter and she gave me the keys to the vehicle The vehicle had been pretty severely wrecked during the period of time they had itLater that afternoon they both came to my office, demanded a refund of their down payment and created a scene by accusing all of the white people in our office of being racist We ended the conversation and asked them to leave
