A great overall experience I interviewed contractors before choosing First Coast Contractors to our entire back patio Everyone from Shane on the front end and during the project to *** and *** in the office making sure things ran smoothly, to the crews out on the job site did a wonderful job Everyone was professional, honest, skilled, and the job was completed on schedule We will be bringing them back to add a summer kitchen and pavers in our driveway Would recommend them to anyone!

I am rejecting this response because:
Not everything First Coast Conrractors said in their response is true I called numerous times requesting a return call (leaving a voice mail more often than actually speaking to a live person) While at one time I was able to speak directly with *** and we set up an appointment for him to come back to the house and review/revise an estimate, he did not show up due to weather issues and him having to pick up his boat (he called and gave these ***sons for not keeping the appointment) He requested I call the office to set up another appointment (which I did several times) and there was not a return call to do so I also called and requested that they just mail the check to me...again no responseI will be happy to go to their office at a scheduled time (so I do not have to make more than one trip), and pick up my refund check I will also be happy to sign a release stating that no business was conducted between First Coast Contractors and myself releasing them from any future liabilities
Once I have received and cashed my check, I will contact the Revdex.com to close this complaint

We spoke with Mrs***s yesterday and resolved all issues There was a repair due to a cut sprinkler line, that Mr& Mrs***s paid out of pocket, we reimbursed them for the repair and are sending Rod out to cap the sprinkler heads In return they have made there final payment
We are in good standing on all sides

First Coast Contactors installed a new vinyl shadow box fence for me. [redacted] was amazing, and takes pride in his work. He works for them directly as they do not use subs. That is important. Fence was straight as an arrow. Very impressed by the workmanship and the quality of the fence. Many compliments from neighbors. Highly recommended.

We initially contacted First Coast Contractors for an estimate on a small scale outdoor kitchen/built in grill. We decided to hold off on that $7000 plus project and instead begin with sealing our patio pavers. Quote for sealing pavers was $450. When they called back and learned we weren't going through with the outdoor kitchen (at this time) they quickly backtracked and said the estimate given for sealing pavers was only a 'package deal' and if we weren't doing the outdoor kitchen the amount would be higher. Fine, got exact measurements for new quote and no one will return my call. Have been promised written new estimate for a week to no avail. Very obvious they only care about the big jobs. We are moving on and when we do build the $7000 outdoor kitchen later this year, it won't be with this business.

We were behind but were ready to start the project and Mrs. [redacted] put us on hold and wanted to speak to her [redacted].  We are now waiting for her response on how to proceed.
The reason we are behind, our metal stud framer's [redacted] was in a horrible accident driving home from work and is...

now paralyzed from the neck down.  [redacted] is doing his best to keep up with work and taking care of his [redacted].  Here at FCC we are family and this has been emotionally difficult on the FCC family and of corse [redacted] and his [redacted].  There life has changed and there there is a lot to prepare before she can come home, doctor appointments, surgerys, [redacted] meetings, the list go's on and on.  FCC had the outdoor kitchen schedule to start last week but we were told not to start and I can start the composite roof tomorrow if we get approval from Mrs. [redacted].
We are truly sorry for the delay's and hope you can understand the delay's due to this horrific accident.

I am sorry this has happened.  We are still waiting on our order from the cover company. This time of year they apparently get backed up as we were unaware of this as we are new to using this distributor. The office has been closed a few days. I am back in the office and will contact customer...

personally today.

Paid this company to start a small backyard project on June 16th, 2015. The work is still not done. They did a bad job right from the start. I'm trying to get the word out about them. Do NOT hire them. FCC, Inc. [redacted] will tell you all kinds of glowing stories. Offer to get the work done in NO Time At All. He is not upfront. I call to ask questions, voice concerns and they use their caller ID to block my call. Send it to voice mail. It's Oct. and we are still trying to finish, fix and deal with repairs from the damage done to my front yard. Best way to word it: Shoddy work.

RUN AWAY ! He stole over 20 K from me and many others !! He is a scam artist who just got arrested for EMBEZZLEMENT ! More cases to follow !' Let's shut him down !!

I am sorry for the mistake. We are very busy and have been closed for a few days. I have left messages with the irrigation company to contact me directly, so I can see how many lines were actually our fault. We knew of only one line busted by our installer as he was never informed of a sprinkler...

system. Our installer showed the homeowner and he told our installer he would take care of it. I will contact customer today.
