We resolved this customer's issue and he stated he would withdraw his complaint

Our price to pressure wash this person's patio is $139, which it has been since originally quoted on 11/24/2014. We did the job once before on 1/9/for $and had a 10% discount at that time, bringing the price to $125.10. We run various limited time special offers throughout the
year, including 10% off which has been offered at various points in the past. We do not have this discount currently available and this client was unable to produce any coupon stating this discount was currently available. We have never offered any kind of special discount to any residents of any community at any point in the past. Nevertheless, this client for some reason insisted on paying only $for the work we did yesterday, which we accepted as payment for the job even though that was not the amount billed.We do use a lightly chlorinated cleaning solution for pressure washing and did so when pressure washing this person's patio, as contracted. However, we were not contracted to clean this person's windows, caulking, walls, enclosure, furniture, or any other surfaces besides the patio, which was done as requested.We aren't entirely sure what this person is claiming or asking for, since we accepted payment for the arbitrary price the client demanded to pay - $- rather than the quoted and billed amount - $139. If the client would like other areas cleaned besides the patio floor, those are a separate charge so under no circumstances is this client entitled to have these additional items included in a simple patio pressure washing.We are happy to work with this client on her complaint if she can produce any documentation from us verifying any of her claims, such as the 10% discount she feels entitled to and the claim that her job should include cleaning her windows and caulking. If she can produce any documentation from us verifying that a 10% discount is currently valid, we will provide a refund of $1.90. If she can produce any documentation from us verifying that her job was quoted to include cleaning her windows and calking, we will gladly return to touch up those areas
