We were contacted by the complainant because of concerns about a fence that was being erected by the neighborWe advised that we would come out and locate the fence and confirm if it was encroaching on her propertyWe went out to the property on 08/27/and found the property corners and confirmed that the fence is not on the complainants property The neighbor was not provided an inaccurate surveyThere was also a typographical error on the survey provided to the complainant years agoAlthough it was years ago, out of good faith and good customer relations we corrected the typo and provided new surveysAs the complainant stated there are on going issues between the neighbors which has nothing to do with usThe reason the fence was installed is because of the issues the neighbors have had with one another for sometime
