We had a bad experience with real estate agent Kelly S*iShe put up a rusty for sale sign in the front yard, put up horrible pictures up of our house, she also failed to put it in our local MLSin other words no other agent knew our house was for saleShe was asked times to fix the mistake and it was never taken care ofinstead of owning up to her mistakes and saying sorry, she began a verbal assault no usexample : you are a spoiled brat, a creepy phsycoShe had the nerve to blame us (the customer) for the mistakes she made I have all the text messages to back up my wordsShe makes her company look very bad and should not have a license periodplease contact me if you have any questions about your agenti have all the evidence you needI have never in my life been treated the way Kelly did to us

We are a Licensed Florida Real Estate Brokerage Corporation and treat all applicants fairly and according to the law.  Ms. [redacted] was emailed a declination letter shortly after her...

application for housing was submitted.  Ms. [redacted] by her own admission on a 07/28/15 phone call has never contacted our company personally and states she didn’t receive the declination because her computer is broken. 
Although Ms. [redacted] paid a clearly marked nonrefundable application fee, we have refunded her monies.  This is more that a satisfactory outcome for Ms. [redacted].  She will receive the refund to her method of payment with 5-7 business days.
