I am rejecting this response because: as they mentioned in their response, I signed documents to receive advisory servicesAnd extended Service Plan to include financial help, investments, life insurance suggestion, retirement preparation, etcProviding me documents to sign and selling me a Life insurance is not considered providing financial planning servicesMy $paid for a service that they have not providedI have not received any follow up or any service for years They just took and my money and dropped meIf they would have been honest with me from the beginning and informed me that to sell me the Life insurance was going to be $I would have not use First Command If I am not going to be refunded, I want to receive the service I paid for, because the $we're not use for the Life Insurance

Command $500,00 in accordance with the Investment Advisory Agreement (IAA) that she signed on Julie l7, 2013. A copy of this agreement is attached. On June 18, 2013 **. [redacted] was given a Description of Services (DOS) brochure that outlines how First Command is compensated for our advisory services. The DOS states that she has the right to terminate this agreement for a refund within 5 business days of signing the agreement. A Financial Plan was developed based on **. [redacted]' specific needs and was then presented to her on August 2, 2013. Attached is a document she signed on August 2, 2013 acknowledging receipt of this plan, On August 20, 2013 a meeting was held to implement the insurance portion of her Finlancial Plari.o An Assurity Life insurance application was signed on August 20, 2013 and submitted, along with an automatic bank draft to authorize monthly payments. o A [redacted] Life Insurance application was signed on August 20, 2013 andsubmitted, alog with an automatic bank draft to authorize Imo Ilthly payle.Its, The [redacted] policy was issued and delivered to **. [redacted]. The corresponding "Policy Delivery Receipt Form” is attached.Since **. [redacted]' request is well beyond the grace period disclosed in our DOS, and based on the significant work completed for **.
