The customer submitted misleading information on his initial application and thus we were forced to change things post submission to some very critical information and thus the lender(s) initially involved withdrew their interestWe had continued with the file with other lenders until the client withdrew his application with us formally He has requested that we give him the lender information from the lenders we submitted him to and we feel since we have NO contract with the client any longer, per his request, that his only desire is to defame our good name with these lenders and therefore we are not interested in providing this information to this NON client who has bad intentions for the information he has requestedHe has no right to this information as a non-client

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]. I have spoken to [redacted] and she is looking further into the matter.  Mr. W[redacted] referenced misleading information that was supposedly submitted, but never addressed this during our business dealings.  I have no knowledge of submitting misleading information, and endeavoured to give him all documents he requested in a timely fashion.  He continually assured us that all of submissions were in order.  The text messages have already been submitted to the bureau and show the progression of our dealings with Mr. W[redacted].
Regards,
[redacted]

This former client knowingly and voluntarily and insistently, ended the contract with First Commercial Capital which ended our business relationship.  Therefore, we have no responsibility to this former client and the items they are asking for is no longer of any use to either party, other than our defamation and therefore we will NOT provide documentation requested by this former client. We have been very responsive and have treated this matter with it's due respect.  In the effort of not revisiting this question and giving the same answer over and over we will not be responding to this same request in the future.
