the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Since I was previously notified that the company did not respond in a timely manner, and the complaint was essentially closed, we had someone else come and fix the area of dispute. The original resolution no longer applies to the current problem. At this point I would ask for a refund from the company since I had to pay someone else to do the same work I paid them to do. Their lack of professionalism and poor craftsmanship has been unacceptable.

I am just now receiving this part of the email. My response to you to express how unprofessional and poor work ethics you lead at JP Roofing. You not only ordered the incorrect material but the roofing crew placed it without confirming the wrong color of beige on our newly painted grey home. Yes attempting to complete work is unacceptable by placing material over rotten areas is to cause water damage if not done properly. You had previously stated that the crew would not have been able to see the areas that needed to be brought  to our attention for us to repair prior to continue the roof work but I have clear pictures showing material placed directly over damage rotten areas.Rrquesting refund

As of today we, JP Roofing, are still waiting Mr Bob [redacted] return call regarding the partial refund we discussed yesterday
