First of all Mr [redacted] had already looked at the book and seen the special 8-5pmDid he think the price went down after 5pm? Of course not Why did he not ask for the price after o’clock if he had he would have got oneWe don’t come out and give free estwe give them over the phone as I said before We don’t expect our service men to tell the customer once he gets thereBecause we already had the ok to come out we give prices over the phoneWe take calls all day long the girls are busy sometimes if you don't ask they might forget to tell youIf Mr [redacted] checked the book out why didn’t he ask for afterhours pricing? As far as drain work you don’t know how long it will takeThere is no way of knowing because it is depending on how bad the line is built upAs far as the yellow book it reads for itselfIf we don’t give all the information you need to have a job done then it is up to the customer to ask the questions We will give them to you and they are free Thank you , [redacted] / [redacted] Style Definitions */

To whom it may concern, First of all thank you Revdex.com of making us aware of these so called bad service calls we makeI have been fixing toilets, sinks, tubs faucets disposals etc, if you name it I have done it for the past yearsI heard all kinds of things about these jobs but for this lady to say I went to the truck and acted like I got a part and came back in and put the lid back on is crazyI made two trips to the truck to get the right parts and spent about minutes on putting everything in properly in place to make sure it workedShe also had another problem with her toilet that I made her aware of but she said no not to fit it, that it was okSo I made out my bill which was for $This was a weekend charge and after hours it was about days later she called the office she said she was having problems with her toilet againSo I went back outI told her it was the part I said needed replaced I know the lady is up in age so I got the part and put it in her toiletThis part would have made her bill higher than $But on the second trip I went ahead and put the part in and I did not charge her anything No service call, labor or partsThis was FreeThe statement the [redacted] has stated is not trueBut like I said she is up in ageShe is still in the 1920, and 1930’sThings are not the way they used to beShe was complaining about [redacted] charging her $to install her tankIf she would check around she will find that the average cost of labor to install a new hot water tank is $ [redacted] just wants something for nothingI think she did get a good deal / [redacted] Style Definitions */

They advise you will go through an inquisition to get a mortgage loan and that is absolutely correct

Mr [redacted] did call A-Buckeye Rooter Service about a toilet that needed repaired so we sent a technician out to fix the toilet when he got to Mr [redacted] house to check the toilet out and fix the shower they did not have the toilet flapper that fit Mr [redacted] toiletSo they did have to go to the supply house and get oneThere are hundreds of different kinds of toilets we cannot carry every one of those parts every once and awhile we have to make trip to get a partMr [redacted] did pay us for the work and parts and said he was satisfied with the work and signed the receiptsAs you see he said he went to [redacted] and got new parts, they were the same parts we had picked up the first timeHe did not try to get a hold of us to tell us until after he went and got new partsHad he called about and said the parts were bad they would have been under warranty and when the technician returned we could have fixed it or replaced itWhen a toilet is losing water there are different things that could be wrong with itIt could be the handle to the toilet, the chain to tight or the flapper not sealing just rightSo when he took it and got a new one from [redacted] he wanted the new parte changed outSo that is why he got charged for a service call and labor againWe did not get a call that the toilet had the same problem he went and got the parts first and got upset with the second chargeHe wanted it done over with parts he picked up from [redacted] as far as not getting back with Mr [redacted] we always get back with all of our customers if there is a problemWe do have a person named [redacted] that handles curtain things for the company but for getting back with customers I do that I have been gone for two weeks out of town on personal business and just got back in town as for Mr [redacted] he should have called back and said the toilet was doing the same thing we would have checked this out and it have been corrected at no charge but he wanted his parts in so I feel we owe Mr [redacted] nothing Thanks, [redacted] / [redacted] Style Definitions */

Mr [redacted] states on the original service call, "...they did have to go to the supply house " to get a flapper valve He then states Mr [redacted] "...went to [redacted] and got new parts, they were the same parts we picked up the first time." The flapper valve installed on the first visit, was not a Toto commode part To get Toto parts, you you must go to [redacted] on Alum Creek Drive near Frebis Avenue, or Worley on Greenlawn Avenue near I His technicians were gone about minutes, to pick up the flapper valve they installed I'll leave it to Mr [redacted] to explain how the technicians were able get from Hilliard to either [redacted] or Worley and back, when the freeways are jammed with late afternoon trafficI would suggest, the technicians went to either ***'s or [redacted] in Hilliard and got a generic flapper valve that proved to be unreliable Mr [redacted] states "...We did not get a call that the toilet had the same problem " This is not true On the second call for service, I explicitly stated that Buckeye had been here before on this problem, and the commode still leaks Further, Mr***, in his response, never disputes the commode was still leaking Consequently, as he states, if "...the parts were bad they would be under warranty and when the technician returned we could fix it or replace it " This is exactly what I wanted The original part worked about 60% of the time A 40% failure rate is unacceptable Mr [redacted] states Mr [redacted] "...wanted the new part changed out.." This is true I had been troubleshooting the leaky commode after the first service call The handle was ok, the chain was not too tight, but the flapper valve was not seating properly all of the time The generic valve was just not reliable I could see the following happening The technician would come out again on the second service call, flush the commode and the flapper valve would properly seat He'd repeat this and the valve would properly seat the second time, and a third, etc A 40% failure rate does not mean four failures in ten tries If a failure does not occur while he was here, he leaves because three is nothing for him to doAs Mr [redacted] states, I went to [redacted] and got a Toto flapper valve and then called Buckeye It is my opinion Buckeye would be very reluctant to go to [redacted] or Worley and get the proper part, on a second service call for which they were not going to be paid They were unwilling to do this on the first service call Mr***'s position is that I have some Toto flapper valve fetish I'm compelled to have nothing but Toto parts in the commode This is absurd I signed the original order as having a satisfactory repair based on my flushing the commode one time and the non-Toto valve seated properly If I want only Toto parts, I would have stated so when I originally called Buckeye; I never expected them to have Toto parts on their truck and I would never have signed the work order indicating a satisfactory non-Toto repair Mr [redacted] conveniently does not address his business's poor customer service I am left to conclude Mr [redacted] abandoned his business for two weeks while he was absent on personal business All I ever wanted was a commode that didn't leak With the Toto valve installed, the commode no longer leaks

To whom it may concern, I am not going to sit here writing he said I said the fact of it is he called us out to fix the toilet if he thought there was a problem with the toilet he should have called us backWe would have checked it out at no cost to him but he went and got new parts then called us back to install his parts that had nothing to do with what we had already doneHe wanted his own parts installed, and that is what he gotSo there it is, that’s why he got charged again Thank you, *** [redacted] / [redacted] Style Definitions */
