Review: I got a call today from First Credit Services on my cell phone from ###-###-####. They were trying to collect on a debit from an account I knew nothing about. They have all my information & date of birth. I have asked them to record the phone call and they refused so I immediately asked for the name of the caller and that was refused and the city and state they were calling from and that was refused but I only got a number from the lady and it is ###-###-####. The lady was very rude and said that they need me to pay today and I was needing to get this off my credit report. I also have my credit report and this company is not listed on my credit report. So, I know this is a scam call trying to extort peoples money. Can I please ask for an investigation into their practices.

Thank YouDesired Settlement: They need to stop calling. and they need to remove all my personal information and I want to know if they are HIPA compliant as well as PCI compliant of safeguarding other peoples information.

Review: I have been called since Aug *,2013 regarding a bill sent to this collection agency.I'm working with a company straighten my credit and this bill is one in question.The first time and every time they've called I ask who am I speaking with and that I will only communicate in writing and proof of billing.They haven't sent me anything but still remained to call me.I have told them to cease with calling as I deem it harassment and they still call.They have tried to belittle me but that's besides the point when they cannot produce anything in writing to me.Desired Settlement: I would only like a detailed bill/ contract for such bill.I have told them that I know my rights and I can sue their company for harassment.

Review: This company has contacted me on several occasions about charges I do not owe to golds gym. My membership was discontinued due to health issues which I have documentation of, I could not work and certainly was not going to any gym in the contract it explicitly states this and now somehow this balance was sold to this company and they are stating it as legitimate. I have requested billing and documentation to justify and have just been disrespected. And called outside of the permissible hours with several people passing the phone between reps and so called supervisors.Desired Settlement: I want this false claim removed from my credit and for this company to stop horas sing me with their ignorant and rude employees.
