Thank you for contacting us, we are sorry that this customer is upset by our letter but I think there is a gross misunderstandingWe are a company that provides additional services to homeowners specifically is a 15-page report on the property called a" property Assessment Profile" that is a
comprehensive report compiled for the property owner that can be used to verify property information is recorded correctly because mistakes in recorded information can affect property taxes, also to see if the property is in the correct tax bracket for the style of property and if it isn't then the report can be used to contest the property taxes at the county level and it also advises the customer that a deed has been recordedThe letter states multiple times it's NOT A BILL, NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY and also that it is a SERVICE to provide the reportI was further confused with the comment that we were asking them to pay $for the complimentary deed that doesn't make sense unless it was a typo, I think what they may have read is that we do include a complimentary deed with our service, so to further clarify the amount of $is for the report and a complimentary deed is included With our service only to provide the complete spectrum of the property in case for any reason the homeowner didn't get their copy.(which is the case for many homeowners nationwide)Our service is guaranteed with a full refund policy we will issue a refund for any reason, if this customer would like a refund for her father then we would be happy to provide one, l did try to look for this customer in our system with the record id provided to issue the refund, but no record of payment was 'found , there are multiple companies that mail similar letter so my thought is that the payment was possibly made elsewhere, maybe if they could check the bank to make sure the check was cashed by first documents for $Once again, we have no problem refunding for any reason but from the information provided we did not receive paymentOne thing, I did want to note the link that this customer included in our letter does not reference to our company once again I think maybe the wrong company is getting this we understand that some homeowners don't want or need our service that's the nature of a service, it doesn't make it a useless service just because an individual doesn't need it, not everyone situation is the same and not every county is the same as to their access to public recordsOf course, if this customer or her Father were to take the time to research ail the different 'resources we use for our report and compile the information into a personalized booklet then I’m sure they could, or they could use a service like ours to do soAs for us taking advantage of the elderly our services are offered to home owners who have had a recent change or new purchase Of property we .have no knowledge of the age of .a person

I am rejecting this response because:Nearly everything stated in the answer is misleading and incorrectI will prove this by attaching the letter sent! Now, imagine being an elderly person with no one in your life or in your home to help you read your mail or to make sure that people like this business "FIRST DOCUMENTS" DOESN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! My father got this letter and automatically thought it was a bill and paid itIts a shame that our personal information is out there for people to take advantage ofMy father has lived in his home for over years and the only thing he has done differently to his home and real estate property lately- is go to a lawyer to get his affairs in order for when he passes awayHe created a Grant Deed- which added me to itNow we have trolls like this company sending us (pretend) bills like the one I've attachedThe good thing is- now, I am going through all of my fathers mail- instead of himI had to explain to him that we already paid our attorney to create and send us his ORIGINAL- FREE- Grand Deed and FREE- property Assessment Profile Revdex.com, you may not side with me on this- but at the least- these companies are MISLEADING AND LETTING LOTS OF PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW BETTER PAY FOR A FREE SERVICEThis is at the least- MISLEADING AND UNACCEPTABLE!Our attorneys contact infois below if you need anymore inforegarding our home:

Thank you for calling to our attention a complaint/comment from Mr. [redacted].  The service that we provide to customers is intended to save them time and provide them with valuable information regarding a particular piece of real estate, whether it be commercial real estate, investment...

property, rental property or owner occupied property.   As Mr. [redacted] admitted in his letter to you we do in fact strive to inform recipients that our offer is not from any government agency. We do this in clear language and utilize larger text and fonts than the original offer.  Mr. [redacted]’s opinion that that “most of our revenue comes from non-native English speakers and elderly people” is incorrect.   Our service is offered to commercial real estate owners or groups, investment property owners, real estate investment groups, rental property owners, owner occupied property owners, or anyone else who executes the purchase or transfer of property.   Mr. [redacted] will not receive any future offers from us to his current residence or address.    If can be of any further assistance please contact us.   Sincerely,   Customer Support
