provided service, yes we were set to come out and preform a package deal of $69.00 consisting of a vacuum cleaning for all out going air duct vent attached to a single furnace unit along with a furnace inspection and dryer vent cleaning. To ensure the customers awareness our offices made a contact call one day prior to service appointment and again 30 min away before techs arrival, this allows the security of mind that the appointment is wanted by customer and they know who we are / why we are coming. on the day of service the customer agreed to advance in additional cleaning service that resulted in a higher paid amount due. this amount and work is agreed and approved by customer giving two signatures authorizing work that will be done and amount that will be paid. customer in this case did in fact give us clearances to do so by signing designated areas on invoice/contract. customer was also given company name and info verbally and in writing and furthermore left with all contact information. We do not go by another name and the supposed name given to us from the customer is not us, customer was aware of this when given info when we initially came to home. If there be a problem with the service being incomplete or unsatisfactory we will set up an appointment for our tech to come and look over/ correct any issues. this is a case of buyers remorse, nothing else. in conclusion our company will not authorize any refund for the service that customer was aware of and authorized. thank you for your time expressed in this message may your days be great !

At the time I felt I did not have a choice but to accept the amount of $300.00 to be charged. This was a mistake on my part but they were insistent that the return air vents needed to be done. For the job done $69.00 is appropriate. They did not do the dryer vent. They also did lie about their name.

in respects to open case our company will not refund customer is requested amount. Customer knew who were were and agreed to the service and furthermore willingly partook in additional service which she agreed to pay for and did. I the customer is experiencing any issues related to the work provide we will then assist.
