To Whom It May Concern:FEFC has tried to work with Ms [redacted] to get her car fixed by waiving payments and by lowering her payments for months while she had her vehicle fixed We don't believe she took any steps to get the vehicle fixed and instead went out and bought another vehicle FEFC was forced to skip trace on Ms [redacted] to locate her employment and she was contacted there once and we were told never to call her there again which we have honored FEFC has chosen not to pick up the vehicle and have sent Ms [redacted] to a collection attorney since nothing has been resolved
The loan that is in default is from and is at the firm of [redacted] contact # [redacted] You can contact them there to find out what the status is on this account [redacted] will know if the statue of limitations has expired on this debt or not
A payment history was sent to this customer per her request on Dec16,but was sent to an address that she was no longer living at. We received return mail on Jan.19,which we then started trying to contact her family to get current information from because we had lost contact with
this individual. She finally called in on Feb 8,& set up payment arrangements and gave us her new address of *** *** ** *** ***. We then sent her a payment history and have been waiting for her payment also. As of Feb22nd she will be payments past due. I noticed her address on her Revdex.com complaint she listed it a different house number so we will send another payment history to that address also
