If anybody is trying to build credit, do not use this establishment. When you take a loan in efforts to build credit, knowing that a 20ish percent interest is what you are gonna get then you would think that it would reflect on all aspects of credit, just as any loan would. They claim to on report to *** because they choose not to pay to report to all 3 credit bureaus. They also claim that *** pulls info from ***, which in turn should reflect on ***, which in my case is not as of 2 months ago. I have yet to make a late payment with first eagle and they choose to dodge simple questions that I have. If *** pulls info from *** and I use credit karma to view my info, then why doesn't it reflect accordingly. I dealt with I believe Rick and another lady and just got the run-around. If you can't explain why something is a certain way with your business, why are you there. It's totally unfair for customers to get this type of service

First Eagle reports to *** and is not required by law to report to any credit reporting agencies. *** is a company that pulls info from other companies and is not an accurate reporting company. If you want to know exactly what your credit bureau is saying I would contact *** and ask for a copy. Mr. Darnell it is on there and yes you have an excellent rating as of today.

I had purchased a car 2 1/5 years ago and ended up getting a loan through First Eagle Funding not once was I late, not once did I yell at them curse them out or do anything disrespectful to them, today 9/19/18 I recieved a call from a friend who does not reside here in colorado stating that Mrs. P was calling looking for me at First Eagle funding. Mind you I just spoke with this Mrs. P lady just this past Friday. I informed her that I just spoke with my insurance carrier who is going to be mailing out a check to them regarding the total of the car in question. I called them to ask them why am I getting calls from my friends and not once did you call me leave me a voice message nothing, he Mrs. P response was well I did and you didnt answer. What an answer that was, I stated now that is called harrassment since I just spoke with you on Friday a today being Wednesday no calls were made from them, now a days we are in an advanced era where all call logs can be pulled from the provider. I requested to speak with the manager there by the name of Rick who Indicated to that not once did anyone call me this week from that establishment nor leave me a voicemail. When I mentioned harrassment Mr. Rick got upset and stated he does not need to work anything out with me and he will let my account close. I have never been late in the 2 1/5 years I've been with them so I asked for the payment history he got upset and hung up, I called back again and spoke with Mrs. P who stated that I need to make something in writing stating I need my history report. That does not sound practical to me nor does it sound like any business I have dealt with in the past. I called back to see if I heard that correctly and once again they hung up on me repeatedly. Told me not to call back then got the Westminster police to call me indicating to me that I am threatening the company as they are being harrassed by me for calling them. I have read many bad things from this company, I want this account to be handled the correct way by providing me with all my payment history until today's date, for them not to call and harrass my friends and or family. FYI the car was totalled in an accident.

To Whom It May Concern,

Yes Ms *** is correct that she has paid her account promptly in the past. Unfortunately, the insurance company paid all but $1138.00 off on her car on June 22nd and First Eagle hasn't received any other payments on the account since. Yes, Ms *** and Mr ***'s references were contacted simply because the payment arrangements kept getting broken and we were unable to leave messages on cell numbers. Also, when we were able to leave messages they weren't returned. A payment history was sent to them on July 10,2018.

First Eagle Funding is willing to accept payment arrangements to payoff the balance of the loan but they need to be followed through with. Unfortunately, Ms. was so irate yesterday nothing could be resolved. She continued to call our office and yell and cuss at anyone that would answer the phone continuously for an hour straight. We had to resort to calling the police department to file a complaint.

If they want to resolve this loan and be done with it we are willing to work with them, if not it we will have to take other actions to collect our money. They have until the end of Sept. 2018 to make payment.

I had a multiple debts in 1998. In 1999 I claimed chapter 7 bankruptcy. All assets surrendered to the creditors and the debt was discharged. 17 years later 2017, the creditor First Eagle Funding and attorney are coming after me for a unknown debt! 1st and for most the debt was discharged in a bankruptcy, the creditor is beyond the statute of limitations to collect on a secured debt.

The loan that is in default is from 2006 and is at the firm of *** contact #***. You can contact them there to find out what the status is on this account. *** will know if the statue of limitations has expired on this debt or not.

I am rejecting this response because: they did not address any of my questions in regards to the debt. Please not in the 1st message I asked for several items/documentation to be provided to even understand what this debts is in regards to and wether it is a valid debt. I should not have to chase attorneys to obtain these things. I guess beating around the bush and trying to fool consumers is your business model!

Well I purchased this piece of crap van in May of 2016. I always knew that there were problems with this vehicle as would any vehicle you get from a used car lot. Months have gone by and I have been making my payments on time. In January of 2017 I ended losing my job. I am a single m other of 4 little children and once I lost my job, my priorities have changed. I have to make sure my children have a roof over their heads and food on the table before I was able to make a payment. I let *** and *** both know this. I asked them to come and get the vehicle because I could no longer make payments. Yes, I told them exactly what is wrong with the van (the head gaskets are going out) and now that I am jobless again because the staff at First Eagle thought it was necessary to harass me at my job on the daily basis, once again I can not make these payments once again I have asked them to come get their vehicle. Now the *** Sheriff Department has got involved because the van has been sitting in the same spot since March of 2017 and it is now August of 2017.

To Whom It May Concern:

FEFC has tried to work with Ms *** to get her car fixed by waiving payments and by lowering her payments for 3 months while she had her vehicle fixed. We don't believe she took any steps to get the vehicle fixed and instead went out and bought another vehicle. FEFC was forced to skip trace on Ms. to locate her employment and she was contacted there once and we were told never to call her there again which we have honored.

FEFC has chosen not to pick up the vehicle and have sent Ms. to a collection attorney since nothing has been resolved.
