Our findings are as follows: 1) Our records indicated that Torchawa Harris spoke to one of our sales representative and agreed to enroll in our service. 2) Torchawa Harris enrolled in our service and that service was made available to her. We quite simply asked Torchawa Harris to pay for the service at the agreed price. 3) Nevertheless, in order maintain goodwill with Torchawa Harris her account has been cancelled. Her account reflects a zero balance and there will be no further billing to this account. 5) As a matter of policy, we do not report any data to any Credit Reporting Agencies.
