insults to me and my wife on the phone and in person. We had to listen thru yelling and profanity. At first they refused to refund and gave me the phone number of their lawyer to contact. The second I dialed the number they quickly refunded me with cash and asked to "get lost". Review: [redacted] (broker) promised he would find me an apartment and asked me to fill out an application form with all my personal information including my social security and proof of income to go forward with the search upon my approval. In the meantime I ended up going with a different realty company because [redacted] and his company were not finding an apartment for me in a timely manner, and I w I called him several times at his office and on his personal cell to let him know this. When he finally attempted to call me back it was in the late hours past 10 pm. I get up at 5:00 am everyday so I was sleeping every time he placed a call and left no messages. I called today on 12/*/14 and finally got a hold of him requesting my paperwork that included my social security number,bank statements, and other personal information to be shredded and he told me he will not and I had nothing anyone would want to steal and abruptly hung up the phone. I thought it was completely ridiculous that he would deny me this request and quite rude to say the least.In this day in age anyone has the right to obtain all information given and have it destroyed.Desired Settlement: I would like for my information to be destroyed based on my request.
