Potential Customer's need to be aware of their shady business and not do business with them I would like for this information to be posted on the Revdex.com website so other potential customer's will see that this company does not do business like they should and CAN NOT be trusted!! Customer makes claims of not knowing of the currency exchange and the face value price of the tickets.We have attached print Screen copies of the website www.[redacted].com where they had made...

the purchase, stating that they are a resale marketplace, and prices are set by third-parties (i.e. First Fan Tickets) and prices may be above face value. Also a second print screen copy of the check-out screen, where it states next to the total, before placing the order that all prices are inUS Dollars ($). It also says before confirming the order again that tickets may be above or below face value.Finally, we have also included a copy of our disclosures that the customer had to confirm before completing the purchase that all ticket sales are final, unless the event is cancelled.Please understand that this information is clearly stated on the website they were redirected to, multiple times before the customer had confirmed the transaction. Our intentions are never to scam our customers, just participate in the competitive ticket market place.If you need anything else, please let us know.Kind Regards,Marissa B

Please note that in the disclosure attached to this document, it states all sales are final and also what it states about lost tickets. Highlighted are the sentences. The buyer agreed to the disclosure at the time of checkout. The buyer purchased these tickets on the secondary market. It clearly...

states in the disclosure that the tickets are not replaceable if they are lost. However, once the costumer contacted us, which was less than 24 hours before the show, we put in every effort with the venue to get reprints. We were unsuccessful in getting reprints as the venue will not allow it. Please note that in the disclosure the customer agreed to, we are not required to try to get reprints for lost tickets nor are we responsible for replacing the lost tickets.
