One of the Owner's spoke with Mr [redacted] on Monday 2/on two occasions The Regional Manager contacted Mr [redacted] on 2/and schedule a site visit for Thursday 2/with the intent of documenting and creating a punch list of items to be addressed by one of our Field Supervisors on a future date as agreed to by Mr [redacted] and MrCabinet Care As is our policy we will remain involved with the project until all items as outlined in the customer contract are complete

I met with Mr [redacted] and went over the list of items he wished for us to take care of I documented everything he wished to have addressed Mr [redacted] has a functioning kitchen, all of the items where cosmetic in nature and we will happily address them as requestedWe did not agree to his request for us to have another contractor review our work and perform the repairs as they specify We have made every attempt from the beginning to meet with his demands I have been involved and have been acting as an advocate for him from the beginning, even after he has hung up on our staff as well as called our showroom staff on a Sunday demanding someone contact him causing the young lady to call me in tears from his behavior towards herWe are doing our very best to bring his job to a close

To that he responded by exhibiting aggressive demeanor and raised his hand towards me repeatedly then stormed out of my houseHe also refused to make other correctionsHe said he would paint areas where the paint cracked and the wood is showing on the new cabinet doorsHis demeanor and attitude is so offensive and he was overly aggressiveMy wife witnessed it and my daughter and a guest at the house heard his loud yelling voiceHe threatened to walk out when I told him I will need to check with someone to make sure his proposed fixes are according to industry standards only because they did not make senseHe is not being truthful in his responseThese are new cabinet doors we paid for; they have scratches and other surface blemishesHis remedy is that he will spray it to hide the scratchesHe did not agree to fix everything and is statement here that he would is contrary to what he said to usHe once said that the jagged edges would be beveled to correct, but that turned out not to be true when his manager said that they cannot bevel wood edgesHe keeps saying I hung up on his employee which is a lie and I explained it to himI live in an area that we have very sporadic wireless connection because we live close to the foothills; this happened weeks agoI was talking to his employee and the call got disconnectedI called him right back [redacted] likes to change the subject and make baseless accusations to intimidate us, but this will not workAll we ask that he submits to the Revdex.com how he proposes to fix the significantly deficient work and complete his incomplete work now going on a 3rd week and still remains incomplete.] Regards, [redacted]

I saw yesterday that the amount of the dispute was refunded back to my credit card account,therefore the need of resolving this issue,is no needed any longer.
