This is the worst experience my husband and I have ever had renting a place to liveSusanne G** is the worst property managerShe is completely unresponsiveI would not recommend this property manager to anyone!
Susanne is very unprofessionalWe had so many issues with her while she was property managing our homeShe failed to pay $in payments on our HVAC that was newly installed and she couldn't voucher for where the money actually wasShe was taking it from our rent, but it never made it to the companyAfter threatening to take her to court, she finally came up with the $and paid it to the HVAC companyThen when we moved back into our house and no longer needed her services, we discovered the carpet, that was BRAND NEW when we left in was ruined with the scent of dog urine all through the houseShe obviously never did her inspections as she should haveWe are still dealing with trying to replace the carpetOur tenants that moved out have yet to receive their security deposit, and we have yet to receive our pro rated first months rent and our part of the deposit for damagesIt has been well over thirty days and she will not answer our texts, calls, or visits to her officeOur house is important to us and the money that she owes us and the tenants needs to be refunded IMMEDIATELY! I don't know how she still has her license, but she needs to be held accountableWe will never use her again!
