FDIC. I completed the application with him. He then stated I must pay the insurance for protection first then I will receive the money in one hour. They had me send a money gram for $339 to their location. I did so and then they refused to give me the $3000 stating it was blocked because my social security number had a red flag. I checked it did not. I requested the $339 be returned to me because I desperately needed it and they refused. They said it will be returned in 3 months.
