Something seems very fishy and wrong about thus supposed CD.
Larry *** has been taking care of our financial portfolio for over 10 years. He is always on top of things when taking care of our needs and is always quick to respond to our calls. Most of all, he has always given us excellent advice in regard to our financial needs. I am so grateful that Larry has taken such good care of us for all of these years

Larry *** is top shelf. He helped us make a very secure investment (a large sum of money) January 2019. The financial company he put our investment with is also top shelf. We were invited to a "thank you lunch " in December 2019 and were blown away by the fact that Larry was allowed the most invitees from around the area in which we reside. (Now that says something about Larry's knowledge and integrity. The CEO of American American threw over 250 a wonderful Christmas luncheon to say thank you to all the investors in attendance. Both he and Larry are down to earth, kind and wonderful folks.

I have been doing business with Larry *** since 2014 and couldn't be more satisfied. His direction has been financially sound and he is extremely easy to work with. When I couldn't leave my house because of a broken hip, he came to me. I will continue to do business with and refer Larry ***.

Had apintment with L. W, at 510 CR 466, Lady Lake, 10/03/18. Was told I could only invest 10,000, although no such amount seen in Ad in The ***. Told of another investment but not FDIC INSURED.
Mr. W was unable to proceed with the application on line, and after calling the home office for instructions, was still unable to open account. I stated I was leaving as we could not complete transaction, and was told to call him next and let him know when I could return. At that point he told me he would make an exception and let me invest 20,000. When I called 24 hours later, he still had not learned how to open an account on line. If this is a legitimate business, I would not want Mr. W working for me.
This woman is a little off. What she has written. She came into my office really upset because she had talked to one of my competitors and he had refused her business. She came in and never having met me threatened me that she would report me to some senior fraud agency. I was taken aback with this and would have ask her to leave my office which would have been the polite thing to do.
I write CD'S for *** and they were having problems with their computer system and no one could get on line. As for her calling me back the system was still down. The bank has sent out paper applications to write the business the old fashion way. Please this lady has complained often to the Sun Newspaper about the grass being brown etc.
Can you remove this. It isn't from a good source.

I am not sure he is speaking of me. I am not a little off. I don't know what he is taking about his competitor(? don't know he had one) who refused my business. When he said he could only give me $10,000 Cd, because I thought I had been a customer of theirs years ago, but there were other investments he could offer, but that were not FDIC insured. I said the ad did not state. I felt I may be facing a bait and switch, at which time I asked if he had he ever heard of Senior Crimes of the Villages, he said if I did that he would counter sue if I made a complaint??? No, he was not able to write the CD because he told me they had just stated writing for *** bank and it was a new program which he could not remember how to get into. He called some from their main office, and was given some info, and was still unable to get in. No mention of computer problems. The next morning when I called he stated he could not get the form filed for me. I Thanked him and asked him to shred the copy of my drivers license he had taken, which I should have asked for before I left the office the day before.
So was she trying to sell me a product not FDIC insured, or was he incapable to completing a form on the computer for the initial CD I saw advertised.
I will not back down from this statement. I will gladly take a lie detector test
And he would not say a MAN WAS A LITTLE OFF, WOULD HE!!!

I reread Mr. W statement and had missed the last sentence. His implication in the first sentence that I was "a little off" would be personal enough but the last sentence implying that I am someone who complained to the Sun Newspapers about the grass, just blew me away. Apparently he will go to no end to prove his point of view.
I need to know how I can make him pay for this disparaging remark and how he MUST PROVE I did what he states. Absolutely false statement with no proof.
I need him to remove his remark "not from a good source". He has impugned my reputation, and must not be allowed to do that to another person.
I must talk to a supervisor at once. Thank you.
