ROOF INSTALLED IN LATE OR EARLY BY TNOLAN ROOFING THROUGH OUR GENERAL CONTRACTORNOLAN ROOFING ADVERTISES A YEAR WARRANTY ON INSTALLATION HAD A ROOF LEAK IN FEBRUARY DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION PER OUR HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE MRNOLAN HAS BEEN CONTACTED BY THE CONTRACTOR, BY MYSELF AND BY MY HUBAND HE PROMISES TO COME INSPECT AND NEVER SHOWS UP ADDITIONALLY HE NOW DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS WE JUST WANT OUR ROOF FIXED!
Contracted with Thomas Nolan for an entirely new roof on a ranch, shingle and flat in back for $10,Contracts mean nothing to Thomas Nolan Estimates a day to day and a half to complete -took more then Shows up unannounced and starts throwing ladders against the house Did the job without getting a permit! Rear flat is covered in large bubbles he called buckling and said they would dissipate They got worseSaid he would inspect twice and never showed up Three weeks ago he said he would repair it within two weeks and again has still not shown up He does not return phone calls and if you can catch him on the phone he will talk without inhaling and never let you get a word in while making excuses Calls to the office often are met with "temporarily disconnected!: Makes promises to call, show up, and make repairs on defective roofing job, but will not make good on anyh
Back in December of 2010, T Nolan Roofing did a small job for usThe work consisted of tearing off and replacing some roof shingles and January 14, was paid via check for his servicesApproximately 6+ months ago, the homeowner contacted us in regards to a roof leak in the same area that T Nolan Roofing had did work on back in After several calls to him that I made, my husband made and the homeowners he still had failed to come and look at to see what was causing the issueOther than myself, T Nolan actually spoke with the homeowner and my husband and stated he would be there to look at and never showed upNow, he will not return phone calls to any of usHis website states a year installation warranty yet, he does not seem to abide by that
I would not recommend Nolan roofing in May 2017, while re-doing my kitchen, I saw mold between the outside and inside walls After the inside wall was open and the insulation torn out, I could see water running down between the walls I called Nolan several times, he finally can out and fixed the two leaks, but I still have the mold I have called him over times, as he promised to have a contractor come and replace the moldy sheathing He does not return my calls
