I am rejecting this response because: The business responded that this was an "automatic overdraft." I never agreed to overdraft protectionThe associate on the phone told me that this was *not* overdraft protectionI would like to know exactly the term that FFCU uses for this activity when they move funds between a customer's account without his/her permission as I did not have overdraft protection
