Again, *** *** *** has offered to repair Mr*** vehicle at 50% offWhat this means is that the *** *** *** would allow First Ford to cover 50% of the repair and the customer would be responsible for the other 50%If Mr*** is unhappy with this resolution, First Ford suggests that he reach back out to *** *** *** Customer Relations Hotline. We agreed to pay half of the repair with the customer on a repair even though his warranty was expired and not a covered itemI had sent that in never got the reply that they declinedThe customer has given us horrible reviews on social media and our website even though we tried to help and even called us ss and some other words I rather not say, if these people where reasonable they would have gotten a better responseAny questions please do not hesitate to askWe believe our most valuable asset is a happy customer, but they must be reasonable and respectable as we are

stock #fis still on their website with a priceThey are still doing the classic bait and switch I was offered in rebates and the web has the rebate at after admitting there was an errorIt doesn't say up to, it says instant internet price The original mistake they claim was 10,I understand that it was a gross error but they are continuing to deceive I already bought a car at an honest dealership.

covered and must be done to keep up with regular service intervals to be complimentary, this is so we can stand behind our life time guarantee on the motorWe value our customers and offer this as a courtesy but at any time the customer can opt out and just have a regular service visitWe also have the services for regular maintenance printed out with the program so the customer can see the cost and mileage intervals which is given to every customer, and clearly placed throughout the dealershipAny questions about the program and how it works let me know *** *** General Sales Manager 1-*** ***

I again don't think that us a consumer not even making our first payment yet should have to make major repairs on such an expensive used carisn't cheap and now the brakes are no good I haven't even put miles on this vehicle and it's been problem after problemThey're the ones who are unreasonable...afterall why would I be on this site trying to rectify probsAlso cats on exhaust are plugged so wasn't able to provide a sticker when took deliveryI just realized this as wellSo yeah problems after problemsAnd yes ss and losers to take advantage of peopleSo kind when giving them my down now could care to help or hear from meThanks for for all your help

First ford service tech noticed the leak at mileage 57935, which is under the 60,warrantyI should not be responsible for your work not fixing the leakAlso the fact that First ford is trying to say there was no leak and charge me is unacceptableAs far as Ford goes I was told they would take care of it and now they say 50% is unacceptableI am not looking for a free hand out I am looking for what's right!

First Ford is allowed to perform repairs on the vehicle under such warranties at no charge to the customer,...

however any repair that needs to be made that is not covered under such warranties would be the customers responsibility. Customer is unhappy that First Ford will not perform repairs free of charge due to his warranty being expired. this 2007 [redacted] was purchased on 2-16-17 so it is out of the 30day warranty per mass law. I did let him know that his satisfaction was very important to us so I told him I would cover half of the repair even though it was out of warranty.to make a mends

HHaven't even made...

1st payment and law is 90 days or 3750 mile per Attorney General. Vehicle only has 33000 miles and was looked at on 3 16 17 signed and took delivery of. The 18th have paperwork in hand....not over

the pricing online was incorrect our pricing internet  provider had a glitch in there system, about 20 vehicles where affected which we are in the process of being  corrected at this time. My apologies for the inconvenience to the customer. A letter from them stating that...

the pricing was incorrect can be provided to the customer and Revdex.com.
