On August 2, 2017, I went and toured this daycare for the reason of my husband and I were looking at a house in the area and might buyI took an application and wrote a check to hold her spot until our decision was madeThe manager never told me that it was nonrefundableThe house plan fell through and we decided not to move into the areaThe next day, August 3rd, I called and spoke with a young girl and she stated the manager was not inI asked for her to have the manager call me and explained the check issueShe stated she would talk to manager and the check would be ripped
I checked my bank account and the check was posted to my account on 8/28/I called up to the daycare and discussed these concernsThe lady acted like her or the manager did not have time to talk with meShe stated the check was nonrefundableI verbalized to her that I did not even fill out an applicationShe stated she was sorryI am still waiting for the manager to call me backI feel like thi
