Review: [redacted], the [redacted] of First Hand Tickets stated I would be getting a refund for the cost of shipping and handling for failure to have the tickets mailed to my house. Rather I had to pick up the tickets from another customer, whom I had never met. I was contacted by [redacted] via e-mail on October [redacted] stating my refund would be credited to my card within 3 to 5 business days. I have yet to receive any refund of any kind.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that I am refunded the shipping charge and handling charge for one ticket for all of the inconvenience and lack of customer service.
