I am rejecting this response because: These people are extremely EVIL.  I have a very close relationship with my postal office in Enola, PA.  Cheryl T[redacted] and her associates NEVER mailed the IV book as they stated.  The textbook was only mailed AFTER I threatened to retain an attorneyin their neighborhood and communicate their MISDEEDS to the Attorney General.  Ultimately I contacted you, the Revdex.com upon advice from legal aide.My post office will deliver ANY mail to me either at my home or my PO BOX [redacted] Enola, PA.  These people LIED to you to cover up their evil motives.  I want my money returned for the course ($330.00)   I have NO intention of returning the IV Textbook for which I paid for and eventually received by way of overnight mail.These are very evil people and I would NEVER be in their company due to their  FALSE business practices and FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR.

This is a response to the letter received on the 2nd of July 2017 in our office. [redacted] registered for the IV therapy course for the June 24', 2017. She also paid $23 to have the text shipped to her overnight. She was confirmed registered for the class on May 17" when she was sent the Pre-work for...

the class. The text was mailed to her on the Saturday the 13th to her.She emailed to inform us that she did not receive the textbook on Monday 18th. We later received the textbook via mail return on May 26th. Another attempt to send the text to her via regular mail was made. On the 30' of May, I received a text from the office manager stating [redacted] has still not received her text, at that point, I reached out to her myself and assured her that I will have the book out to her and refund her postage money that she paid extra. In the text communications, I discussed may other different options to get the book to her, including a [redacted] delivery to ensure she gets the text before the scheduled class. Some of the other options will require delivery to a home address or have someone sign for it. She insisted that we mail it to the post office address. I personally sent the textbook to her by overnight delivery and refunded the S23 she paid initially for the postage. I also texted a picture of the delivery receipt to her. She also texted me to thank me for receiving both the text and the refund of her postage on May 31. We assumed the cost and she did not communicate to us that she will not be attending the class.We normally give all registrants a call 48-24 hours prior to the class and request that they email the Pre-Work to us before class. She must have received a call. At that time, she did not mention her not attending the class at that time.She also received a phone call and email correspondence about her not attending the class. We also reached out to her for the refund to clarify whether she wants to return the text or keep it So we can deduct the cost of the text from her class refund.I have included copies of the communications with [redacted]. I also have text communication which I am trying to get to you. We had constant communication with this client.At this point, we will send a refund check to [redacted] with the assumption that she is keeping the textbook. The total of the S330 will be mailed to her (she paid $380 and the cost of the text is S50). I am not sure what gave the impression of fear. We have been very cordial and all she  had to do was let us know she was not going to come to class. This is also waiving our refund policy.
