we are working with the customer to resolve this issue we do not feel that his electric bill is that unreasonably high do to the unseasonably cold weather we had this year being minus degrees . he was instructed by our company that not having his attic insulated was causing the heat pumps
and furnaces to work overtime and no insulation in the crawl space of his homehe has also been instructed to call the office to sit up a appointmentshe some how has gotten my cell phone number and keeps calling it all appointments have to be scheduled threw the officewhen it came time for the final payment on this job we had to give him a discount in order to get paid because he did not have the so we feel that should help him out on his electric billand he does not have carrier heat pumps he has payne ton heat pumpshe has called wanting us to come out in pouring down rain to work on these he was advised that if we open up the electrical panel on them in the rain it can cause them to short out and or our service tech can get shocked and possibly cause death to the service tech water and electric does not go well togetherhe is also comparing his electric bill to last year when he had a propane furnace and a pellet stove for heatbefore the home caught fire there was also insulation in the attic and crawl space
