My house had a First Impression Security Door on the front when I purchased the house last yearWe decided to add security does to the back two doors because we liked to leave the front door open & secure to get a cross breeze in the houseSo, because we had experienced the quality of the existing front door, we went to First Impression for our new doorsWe chose a similar style & color for the back doors that we already had for the front, & the colors & style matched wellThe representative who measured also fixed a minor issue with the front forThe installation went smoothly, & the result is perfectThe overall experience exceeded our expectationsWe had a good result with First Impression

I order a sidegate to match the other two gates they previously installed in the same paint color and received a different color /finish Order Date 5/18/Install Date 6/5/ Sales Rep - [redacted] Sales Manager - [redacted] Paid check [redacted] Was offered to repaint it in the colors they now carry - however none are close to the other previously installed gates Initially was told it would cost $more then was just told no they would give me $off I went to the showroom to view the "options" which I wasn't happy with I emailed the sales person and got no response I called after finding a manufacture that made a similar color but they will not use it They will not take the gate back

Overall really great company and our enclosure gate is beautifulThere was a minor hiccup with the glass that we ordered so complete installation was delayed a bitHowever, First Impressions resolved the matter and the final product came out just as we orderedTreated very courteously throughout the entire process, from purchase to installation

We take this kind of feedback very seriously and have been working with the customer to address their concernsAttached is an email string between the customer and our Director of Customer Care.We visited the home on June 1, and on June 3, the customer replied that the remaining issues were addressedOnce we submitted this confirmation to the Revdex.com, we got an alert via Revdex.com that the customer had more issuesThe customer did not contact us regarding those new issues and went directly to the Revdex.com instead of communicating with our teamWe would not have addressed this review under that impression if we had heard back from the customer prior.Per our discussion with the customer, we created a list of items to be addressed by the technician, and did complete those, and sent a refund check as wellWe are attempting to work directly with this customer and were surprised to receive this update from the customer with additional information requested for the productWe previously confirmed with the customer and were under a different impressionWe are still committed to working with the Klopmans and waiting for a response to our Director of Customer Care

Promised 4-week to install, took Scheduled for different install dates that they canceledImpossible to get ahold ofBad customer service WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you're choosing a company for their customer service BEWAREI built several homes and dealt with countless contractors but this company is the worst I've seen in yearsWas promised a 4-week install and it took weeksAlso, the salesman [redacted] sold me a door that wouldn't fit the construction of my house When the door finally showed up they hadn't accounted for the shape of my exterior wall which they wanted to cut 2" of my stucco to make it fit instead of just building a door that they sold meI asked for a refund at this time and they would not refund my moneyCustomer Care manager [redacted] stated that the salesman made a mistake when he sold me the door and didn't know what he was doing he told me that it was a custom order piece and was non refundableI agreed that I understood this

First Impression Security Doors did a great job on our new front door We were very happy with their service and professionalism, and the door is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company to others

I love my new screen doorIt is so beautiful It is just terrific They had not done the design I picked as a screen door very often, usually it was an entry way door The paint color for the door closely matched the paint of the front door, and will not bother the home owners associationI feel very secure in the evening leaving my door open to get a little breezeIt was expertly installedThe lock installed at the factory was not the one I ordered, but it was changed out by the company within a couple of weeksIt had to be orderedThe salesperson was very professional and arrived at my home at the appointed time to take measurements and write the estimateThe technician called ahead before arriving to install the door and arrived promptly within the estimated arrival timeAll work was completed quickly and the technician cleaned up after himselfI highly recommend this companyThe show room is close to our house and it was easy to find and to view their productPreviously I had just seen pictures

I bought two security doors at my house and another one at a rental in and It went wellThis year I bought the 4th screen and things have gone very wrongFirst the digital lock was not installed properly Took over a month (and many calls)to get someone to come out and fix it Now, less than days since it was installed, the screen is coming out of the frame They want me to pay for a service call to repair Really?? So short sighted and very bad business policy to ignore and mistreat repeat customers!

I purchased a custom security screen door from First Impressions Ironworks I obtained approval from my HOA and contacted First Impressions with my approval and was told that I would be contacted to schedule installation I never received that call to schedule installation But an installer arrived to my surprise as I was on my way to a poappointment with my Surgeon I asked if that was a problem and he indicated that it was notI did not have the opportunity to approve the finished project In May, after surgery and two hospitalizations I realized when visitors and health care workers came to the door that it was not right It slammed shut injuring a friend I contacted First Impressions to ask that it be adjusted by a technician I was not able to turn the lock without pulling the door hard to be able to lock it I am physically unable to do this I also thought maybe the closer had failed It was a brand new door that I paid over $for and I expected them to

We've had a terrible experience with this company The initial chat with the sales person at their showroom was very good, he was very knowledgeable, a good listener, etc.We chose our door, finishAfter that, the same gentleman came over to our house and took measurements and at that moment paid it in fullAfter that it has been a series of failed attempts to install because the parts were not manufactured correctly, between each attempted install approximately 2-weeks have gone byWe've attempted to call many times, frustrated because we had other jobs programmed after the gate installation and we've had to postpone time and time again, we've left many messages which are only sometimes responded At one point no one knew where my door was, the installer was more considerate to us than the manufacturers We did not look up reviews on the company because it was recommended to us by familyAfter all this we've looked up reviews and find that many of their clients have gone through what we are going through as well, but, like us, they have to wait it out because they've already paid for itWhen we once tried to cancel everything, we were told that they would keep 30% of what we had paidThey also did not even offer a price adjustment or discount for the almost months, and counting, that we've waited for because they can't deliverI would definitely not recommend this company to anyone

Awesome service and quality of product I used them years ago

The security door installed does not fit the frame, there is a gap of daylight in the middle of the doorThe door appears to be warped I purchased a steel security door from First Impression on 7/17/and paid for it that same dayIt was installed on 8/28/by one of their contractors GlobalAs soon as they finished they showed me the problem, a quarter inch gap in the middle of the door, about inches longThe top and bottom of the door measures the same while the middle is smallerFirst Impression acknowledges the problem but has not even seen the door since installationNo one returns my calls

My experience with First Impression was wonderful Their sales and installation personnel were courteous, professional and highly efficient I would not hesitate to use them again

This issue was immediately brought to the attention of upper management, First Impression takes all feedback from customers very seriously and we pride ourselves on providing total customer satisfaction over the past years as our industry leading reputation demonstrates We apologize to our client for the mistake that was made during the installation process and the miscommunication that occured with charging for a service callSee the attached refund check stub, First Impression has met our client's desired resolution and mailed a refund check for $on Friday, 1/23/
