I called on Thursday to report the refrigerator going out, they did not get anyone to come out until Friday @ 2pm then told me can't do till Monday I was told by the man sent out that the land lord had already given permission to replace the refrigerator if needed, and I explained over the phone that it had been making noise for quite some time and would probably need replaced
This company managed a rental property I own in Heritage Isles, Tampa, FlIn 2015, they posted a payment for $in my account but never transferred the fundsI became aware of this error in February when doing my taxesAfter several emails, the owner finally agreed that this was their mistake and promised to pay the missing fundsIt has been now more than three months and the company keeps saying that they are trying to recover the money from somebody they transferred the funds to, in error, and who already left town and currently lives in Las Vegas
My contention is that this real estate company has to pay me first and then go after the person who owe them moneyIt was their mistake and they should assume responsibility
The properties they have listed on their website are properties that are not on the market for rent or sale
