Review: We were approved for a loan and they asked for a security deposit for 1 and last month payments- sent them $1020.00

and never got the loan.

So either this is a scam or they are dragging their feetDesired Settlement: either we get our money refunded or they fund the loan as per the signed documents

Review: I have sent this company a security deposit for a loan via moneygram, apparently there was an issue with the chq their agent collected from money gram and the funds would not clear, the agent was instructed to return the chq to the moneygram location and have them call moneygram directly to have the chq fixed, the company says the agent had some other person drop off the chq for her, money gram tells me as far as they can see is the agent received my money and they have no knowledge of her returning the chq, the company will not deal with the issue of their agent not correctly fixing my deposit chq, they keep telling me that it is my issue to fix but money gram tells me they are the only ones who can fix it by their agent returning and having the location call them, this issue has been going on for over 3 weeks nowDesired Settlement: I would like this company to follow through with the agreement and fund my loan as I have done everything they have requested of me

Review: I applied for a loan with this company on August ** 2014. Followed all there requests for documents to be signed and returned by fax to there office. I did this on August ** 2014. Documents included "Service Agreement" that outlined my loan of 5000.00 interest rate of 6.90% over 5 yrs payments to be 98.77 per month and that I had to send a deposit of $616.44 to cover my first and last payments and insurance on the loan. My paystub, picture ID and the signed loan agreement. They acknowledged by email on August ** receipt of these items. On September ** I went to western union and sent to their "agent" [redacted] in Toronto Ontario the $616.44 as per instructed. On September * I received email notification that they were in fact in receipt of my deposit and that my loan would be deposited within 5 days and that repayment facilities would be set up which included debit authorization form, insurance agreement form along with full loan agreement and other pertinent documents. 5 days went by and I started emailing everyday as well as trying to reach there office to find out where my loan was. On September ** 2014 I finally received an email stating that there legal deparment has made it clear that they are unable to proceed with my application as the required deposit has not been met. ( Previous email stated full deposit received) They claim that another 395.00 need to be sent because during my loan approval process a computer issue on there end should have reflected a higher deposit. I emaile them back and confirmed that if I sent another 395.00 my loan would proceed. They responded yes within 48 hours. I by this time did not trust them any further and have since every day emailed/phoned asking for my initial deposit of 616.44 be returned to me. I have received no return emails nor phone calls or my money being returned to me as of today's date.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit returned to me via direct deposit into my account or by Western Union money transfer.
