We are in receipt of your correspondence of August 3, regarding the above referenced complaintFirst International Bank & Trust takes allegations of fraud on our
customers' accounts very seriously and we have been communicating with Ms*** throughout our investigationWe have informed her that based on our investigation, no fraud occurredWhile review of the available video was inconclusive --the signatures on the documents matched, no police report was ever filed regarding the alleged stolen ID, and the circumstances of the alleged theft kept changingAt the time of each withdrawal in question, the bank followed proper procedure and checked IDs, verifying signatures and checking funds in the account
