This vehicle was brought to us by the owner, Victory Auto Sales, who purchased the vehicle from someone or and auction not running It had multiple problems including a bad engine and main computer (PCM), which are major repairs and expensive items Due to the unknown by us and the dealer (owner) it has taken many steps (and months) to determine all that is needed to correct problems and issue still exist which are being addressed My service manager has had a Ford Field Engineer involved and the engineer has been to the store several times to assist in diagnosis of this vehicle Due to the nature of how this car was obtained by the dealer and the unknow history they could provide as to what issues existed, we have done nothing wromg in the repairs that have been made and the charges incurred by the owning dealer

I regards to your letter to *** *** Ford for Revdex.com ID #***, we contacted Mr*** per his request in your letter. Mr*** was told that our dealership submits loan applications on behalf of customers and it is up to the banks and or lending institutions to approve or turn down
applications based on the lenders approval policies. We also told him in his case, since his application for a loan was denied the lender(s) would correspond directly with him to given reason why he was denied a loan.
