I took my Honda Pilot in for Chris Mdba First and Last Auto Glass, Searcy AR, to repair my broken passenger windowHe replaced the broken window, but in doing so he has malfunctioned my doorIt will not open from the inside or the outsideWhen he actually replaced the glass, he opened the door, removed the panel and vacuumed the broken glassHe stated, "that is maybe an electrical issue and he is not trained in that area or it could be a fuse, or the locking mechanismI stated "All I know is, that you opened and shut the door, and now it does not work"He stated, "He has done all that he can do and that it was my problem"
I have contacted other body shops, glass repair places and they said that he IS responsible for fixing my doorHe simply will not work with me at all
