Review: Today, April [redacted] I came into the laundromat to wash my clothes as I do every week. I washed it and then put it in the dryer. When my dryer stopped I took my clothes out only to find that 1 of the dryers had tainted all of my clothes. I had about 25 articles of clothing and only 3 were not stained. It looked like crayons in blue, red and green all over my clothes. I approached the attendant who told me she would put something on the machine so no one would use it. Her service stopped at that.I had to pay to wash my clothing again only to find out that the stains did not come out! I then purchased a bottle of shout stain remover to try to attempt to wash my clothes again. When purchasing the bottle of shout stain remover I asked the attendant if it would be possible to get my money back for the 2 additional times I was washing the clothes. Her response was that on the weekends it is too busy and the [redacted] would only think that I had the marker or crayons in my laundry. I asked her if she could call and she told me she wouldn't be able to give me the number. She then tried calling and told me that she couldn't reach the person. I asked her what I could do to be able to speak to a [redacted] and she told me again that she couldn't reach them. I expressed I wanted to speak to someone and she told me that the sign was there... A sign that says "we are not responsible for clothes left unattended." My clothes was not unattended, someone prior to me drying my clothes left something in the dryer and unfortunately I did not see what it was. If I had something in the clothing it would have been stained after I washed.I felt as if the attendant didn't want to bother with me. I am a weekly customer and always come here. I was not asking to get anything back for the clothes. All I wanted was the money back for the 2nd and 3rd time I washed the clothes and possibly the money for the bottle of shout that I bought due to their dryer staining my clothes.Desired Settlement: Refund for the 2nd and 3rd time I attemp to wash the clothes and the bottle of shout stain remover. Total of $11.00
