I'm frustrated and upset that their online baking system goes down quite often for "scheduled maintenance" during the dayToday 1/29/the online system has been down all day and they don't provided any updates or know when it will start working againTheir way of fixing this issue was a whole new website but even this website goes downIts inconvenient and I have NEVER had a bank or credit union go down this frequentlyI'm differently moving all of my account to a better company with a WORKING websiteI don't have access to the branches as I don't live close to a branch and rely alot on their online services

The FLFCU allowed through a ATM scam while I was in Europe to have crooks clean out my checking accout to the tune of 7,000.00 USD.
While the whole time I the customer, I the owner of the the account, I the person who lost the 7,000.00 USD was allowed and capped at 800.00 USD a day to withdraw?
I thought that was bad now Im dealing with the credit union inability to complete my fraud and get me my money back.
Be very afraid of using thier debit cards as they did not protect me, they have no tracing of your accounts to let you know that this is occuring, they just take your money and make their money.
They had over 25,000 USD of my money, after this see where I said they HAD!
Go to a real bank if you want your money protected.
