I just moved into my current house and called this business because of cans that were left by previous tenantsI told them there were two cans and both contained garbage and was advised to leave them at the curb for collection day and they would be removedThe company came to remove the cans and instead of removing the garbage as well, dumped the contents of the can in my driveway, the road as well as my neighbors drivewayI called within mins of them leaving and spoke to a representative who informed me that the last tenant didn't pay the bill therefore I needed to contact the town regarding the trashI told her it was not my account and whether they paid or not had nothing to do with meI also asked to speak with a supervisor who told me that it is practice to dump the garbage in my and my neighbors yardI have three small children who live here and my neighbor has The trash was rotting and now children are exposed to this

I had a very negative experience with Youngblood Proper Disposal's customer service I highly recommend staying away from this company I did not bring my trash to the side of the road on 10/because it was Halloween night and I did not want it out with all of the people trick or treating Youngblood Proper Disposal was scheduled to pick up the trash in my neighborhood the following day, 11/ Once I realized my trash was not to the curb, I immediately called their business which was around 3pm The customer service manager stated that the trucks have been in for a couple of hours and there was no one to pick up the trash I then asked why they finish work so early because garbage companies that I have worked with in the past work until 5pm I then asked if she could have someone pick up the garbage the following day because this is the first time this has ever happened She told me there would be a $charge plus tax But, monthly trash pick up averages $30-a month So, I then asked to cancel my service She then said there will be a $fine because of the contract we signed I then told her there was no contract, she then said we had a verbal contract At this point, I was just shaking my head in disbelief

Company offers an "on line" contact option for change or variation in serviceIn our case, requested suspension of service while on vacationThree out of three times, no confirmation (by phone or email) that service would be suspended & credit appliedEach time, rec'd no reply or response that "email not received"

I stopped using this company which also does business under the name, Town and Country Disposal, as of December due to the fact that they would routinely skip our service collection datesI am still being billed for current service and when I called to speak with the office manager today she became quite rude and told me that she has sent my bill to collections?!? For what? They haven't collected rubbish from my residence for months now, which the manager did confirm December as the last date of service! What should I be paying for? The dates of service on this "current bill" are for 5/1/to 7/31/They have been billing me right along this entire yearThere was no contract and they picked up their collection bin back in December

I paid for a year in advance for trash pickup serviceWhen I cancelled before the year was over, they refused to refund the unused portion of the amount I paidThere was and continues to be nothing in writing that says that annual prepayments are non-refundable

The Clean Way of Rochester LLC terminated garbage pifrom my house because of a phone conversation I had with an employee According to the company, because my garbage service ended before a calendar year, I have to pay the early termination fee I then stated that they are the ones who will no longer do business with me, but they refused to remove the early termination fee I also stated that I never signed a contract and they agreed to that but still refused waive the early termination fee I stated I will not be paying the fee because I wanted to continue business with the company and I never signed a contract My information has now been submitted to Collections

This company arbitrarily changes pickup dates based on their own interpretations of holidaysFor instance, if Christmas is on a Sunday, the federal holiday for Christmas is on a MondayThis company does not recognize the holiday on the Monday, so they do not adjust their pickup scheduleMeanwhile, for other holidays, they do shift their scheduleEither way is fine, but they are not consistentWhen I asked to adjust my bill because they did not do a pickup, they refusedI believe that their bizarre and changing interpretations are just a way for them to do less work

I cancelled my garbage pick up with Choice One (a.k.aYoung Blood Disposal) on 2/3/using THEIR WEBSITE contact form I got no response so I sent a second email through THEIR WEBSITE contact form I got a response on 2/17/that said I must call them to cancel I called that day and cancelled I have not put any garbage out the whole month of February They sent me a bill today 2/23/for $ I called today and said I would pay for January not February She declined this compromise

I was driving southbound on *** Rd, ***, NY at approximately 1pm EST on Wednesday, May 11, when a *** Disposal truck was driving northbound on the wrong side of the roadThey refused to yield or travel on the correct side of the road and I was forced to swerve to avoid being hitI called the company to complain and spoke to BradHe acknowledged that this type of illegal driving was discouraged on major roads, but not unexpected on smaller surface streetsI felt unsafe and intimidated having a ton garbage truck driving at me on the wrong side of the roadI don't think it is acceptable, or legal, for a company to acknowledge and condone such illegal and unsafe behavior
