Great serviceI have heat pumps for up stairs and one for downstairs One went out Roger came out to repair it but it was beyond repair He gave me a price to replace the one and a price if I wanted to replace them bothThey were both in terrible shape He gave me a great price, so I replaced both units Did not want this to happen in July Being the off season,I knew I would save quite a bit by doing them both now I still got other estimatesHe was $2000-$below the other twoHe always returned my phone calls quickly and did everything he said he would do The systems work great and are a huge improvement over what I hadHe never charged me for his trip out to repair it He was way under the others I had calledOther repair services wanted $hr, from the time they pulled out the driveway He does not have all the overhead other larger companies haveHe answers the phone and has another very knowledgeable assistant that works with himI do highly recommend Roger at Aand plan to use him again in my rental property
I called Roger @ Air-conditioning One, Inc @ 10:00 when I found water pooling in my de-humidified condo garage (where I keep a classic automobile) because Roger installed the unit in my condo prior to our purchase and was recommended by the realtor who handled the sale. Roger arrived within 2 hours, diagnosed the source of the leak in the condo above my garage and repaired some poor work done by another contractor within the hour. He is prompt, polite and very professional. I highly recommend his services to anyone in the Pensacola area with an AC issue.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! I called on Thursday 8/4/16, talked to Roger. Roger should up about 15 minutes earlier than he expected which when it is about 100 degrees, that is fantastic. Very polite, nice, informative and professional. Got our a/c going and we couldn't have been happier with the price unless it was free!!! :) Thank you so very much!

That was the first thing he checked after hearing noise in the unit. He had the right replacement part on his truck. He did check inside unit first to see if it was working. He checked Freon and said I did not need any. AC was working by 9.30am!!!. House is already cool before 10am. Very Fair price!.
Honest. Did not try and sell me anything. [redacted] checked several things and said everything was fine. My System is 10 years old. Goodwin 3.5 ton R12 system. I will call [redacted] again if I need service or replace the system. Very polite and knows his business. Again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
