the loan documents is $747.38 and if you multiply that by 60 months you get the total shown on the loan documents. His payment is $860.10 because it includes the escrow payment of $112.72. He is required to make the escrow payment which covers taxes and insurance because this is his primary residence. I think the problem is that he does not understand.
