First MSP

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

forfeit the entire fee for the class.she called 3 days before start of class, well inside the 10 day window, and informed us that her license had been suspended.  The manager of our company found someone to take her seat so that her fee was not forfeited. She agreed to get into the next available class after her license became valid again. However she did not contact us until after the season ended therefore creating a decision for a refund of the $250 or getting into next year class. We told her we would refund her money after a $25 processing fee was paid, she got upset and belligerent and filed with the Revdex.com. We are waiting on the consumer to decide is she wants the refund less $25 fee or get into next class in Spring. Everything was disclosed and signed off in writing by consumer thru electronic signature.
