First at all, I'm the owner of salon , I didn't do your nails but I have responsibility to respond your complaint I re-watched camera , he didn't yell anything at all I think that's the way he speaks Anyway, I'm sorry about thatYou paid $for yourself ($25) + your daughter ( $25) + another daughter ( $7) AND you gave him $tips Meaning $for people plus $for tips Not $for yourself only You did tip him some money , it means the services look good Also the money cannot refund back because the services have been done We can fix the problem if you come back within weeks for no charge, that's our policy We have a Discount sign posted outside store ONLY FOR STUDENTS FROM MONDAY To WED (Your service was on Sunday, finished at 6:00PM)Nail Tech always let you know total amount of service cost before they providing servicesI've seen you agreed for of you Anyway, as the ownerI'm so sorry about that I did write him up for what's happened And he decides to quit the job Sorry, it's not good for both side.Finally, I appreciate your business with usWe will prove our service to make everyone happyPlease see attached your transaction receipt for more detailsThanksHave a nice day

The Charge is based on price list of services Also the advertising discount is only for student who under yrs old with student ID showed on advertising and just from MONto Wedfor the discountAll the tools are sterilized before we providing serviceOur service do have warranty last for weeks, if anything wrong happened you can come back our salon for fix the problem without any charge Please don't make up your story because we have been in services for more than yrs now

I am rejecting this response because:
What he is saying is liesJust look at his yelp reviews and google reviews they ALL SAY THE SAME THINGI am not making up any story hereHe never offered to fix anything and he had a sign posted outside his store to falsely draw in customersHe filed down my nails so much he hurt meI got this service on Sunday days ago and they are already coming offMy service was supposed to include polish didn’t get that because I had him Take it off so he could see how bad they looked and he never offered to repaint them or fix them he insisted this was how they were supposed to look when I told him I wasn’t comfortable with the way they looked he just yelled louder I knew he would lie about this as his Google reviews say the same thing and he even comments under them “they’re talking about the wrong nail salon and they’re making up stories”sound familiar? This man should not be in business I would like my money back end of storyAlso he pulled out dirty files and the girl even cut my nails with a scissors!! Not even the proper tool! Your going to tell me they sterilize those between use? Then why did you just pull them out of a random drawer and not a proper container for sterilized items? Little note if it was sterilized it wouldn’t be sitting out because then it’s then contaminated again

Meaning $57 for 3 people plus $5 for tips . Not $62 for yourself only . You did tip him some money , it means the services look good . Also the money cannot refund back because the services have been done . for 2 weeks, if anything wrong happened you can come back our salon for fix the problem without any charge . Please don't make up your story because we have been in services for more than 10 yrs now.
