When I put in my application, I stated that I was a smoker and was promised that I would be rooming with women who were my ageI am and was placed in a NON-smoking apartment with roommates in their 70'sI was told before I moved in that the safes would be fixed in about one month
Two months later, I was forcefully moved to another apartment because of their mistake in placing me in a NON-smoking apartment with elderly roommatesThe safes are still not fixed and have finally been told that they will not be fixedThe elevator licenses are more than months expired and I received both my October AND November electricity bills in late December and am told that BOTH are due by January 5thWhen I asked in mid November where the electric bills were I was told that hadn't come in yet, but when I received October's Bill in December it said it was paid mid NovemberThere is no beauty parlor, or free breakfastsIt takes over weeks, still waiting, to get any maintenance work done (my fan is broken)They tried to charge me a pet deposit for my service animalAnd the HVAC thermostat is in a closet with the water heater, so how can it get an accurate reading of the temperature of the apartment?????
Kids are running around the breezeways and are in the pool area screaming and making noise all night longThere are beer cans and cigarette butts everywhereAnd there are no fire extinguishers in the apartmentsI am going on my third month here and not once has a pets control company been out to spray
I am getting ready to take drastic action to get my safe and fan fixedNever mind the advertising, I just want what I am paying for
I think the property manager was unprofessional and rude. When I originally inquired about the property she was eager to have me come in and tour. So I replied with a very detailed list or questions and concerns and she blew everything off with a short and blunt, one sentence reply. I wouldn't consider renting there because of her alone.
