I am emailing you on this customer complaint *** for *** ***This customer states that we are not issuing warranty on the item he purchasedHe also bought an extra item that he is complaining about that he hasThe items we sell, we are not responsible for warrantiesThe manufacturers
of the products we sell warranty their productsWe simply sell the product, much like an ***We gave this gentleman the information to contact *** the manufacturer, who now owns this line of productThe company was hard to work with so we told the customer that we would see what we can do to help him do the warranty through the manufacturer, it was tough and took many months to get any kind of informationI called the number on the customer’s order who he has another person name on the order but his own emailI called the number asked for *** the gentleman on the phone did not say that he was not *** *** so I informed him what was going on and I was told that they did not need to process the warranty anymore and they sold the rv, well per *** I did not speak with him and I spoke to his Father in lawWe are no longer assisting customers with warranties with the manufacturersThis customer is upset because it has taken so long to do the warranty even though we are not responsible for it and were trying to do everything we could as the manufacturer does not respondHe also placed a second order and he was informed that this manufacturer was discontinuing the products and that we could not replace the item if it was damagedThe customer did not contact us to ask to return this item as he cannot use itI called the customer and left him a voicemail to contact me to see what else we could do to help him and he would not reply and then days later we had a letter from the Revdex.com about his complaintPlease advise if you need more informationthank you? ?

RV upgrades has not offered any resolution, and I feel insulted when they cant even spell my name correctly! My communication with [redacted] has always been via emailI have never spoken to [redacted] by phone and I have never received a phone message[redacted] claims to have called a phone number that belongs to my year old father in-law who does not remember the conversation when I discussed this with himWhy would [redacted] stop communicating by email and call by phone without verifying the number? Why would [redacted] not confirm who she was talking with? After working on this warrantee issue for months via emails why would [redacted] stop communicating by email? After? contacting RV upgrades about the warrantee the very first time and getting the runaround, I did contact [redacted] about the? warrantee? on the ceiling unit that was defective[redacted] stated that RV upgrades must submit the claim for the warrantee! As for the second order I placed I have no complaints about it, except that I had to pay for itThat order was for the? ceiling unit that I used to replace the defective unit that I have been trying to get warranted! A part that I was told was not available by RV upgrades, but when I ordered it through RV upgrades website and paid for it, suddenly it became available! So for clarification I ordered and paid for a? ceiling unit to replace the defective ceiling unit that should have been replaced under warrantee! My A/C unit is now repaired with a part that's covered under warrantee but I had to pay for! That's the second order I made.? I shouldn't have been forced to make and pay for ? that second order, but I was getting the runaround from RV upgrades for monthsI needed my A/c working! The resolution is simple, reimburse me for that second order, or send me another ceiling unit!
