I had been searching for a specific car for over three monthsI finally found it at Audi San DiegoThe listing on Craigslist went up last night and I immediately called and talked to a salesman, who was very helpful and we scheduled for me to come in first thing in the morning to see the carThey asked me to come in a little later as the car was still going through inspectionWhen I arrived, [redacted] had come in on his day off to show me the carWe took it for a quick spin and while we were waiting, they appraised my carDuring the deal, I received a call from my boss at work who informed me we had a system emergency and I had to leaveI met with the manager and we agreed on a deal for the car and my trade inI signed the initial deal, gave them my credit card for the deposit and shoot hands with them and told them I would be back in two hours to finish the paperworkA couple hours later, I received a call from [redacted] who told me they sold the car to an employee who had wanted the carApparently she made an arrangement with the used car manager but wasn't able to comeThey told her that they just sold the car to me and she called corporate, who decided to let her have the carThey called the manager that was working with me and told him to tell me I can't have the carSo I asked him how could anyone possibly trust Audi San Diego with any deal when they so easily renege on a deal with a customer for an employee? I have never been treated like this in years of car buying and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to never do business with Audi San Diego or Porsche San Diego for purchases, service or anything elseIt's the worst kind of customer service that leaves you angry, disappointed and sad, especially when you finally find that special car you have been looking forThere will be other cars, but I will never buy one from these people to be sure

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] & [redacted] I will not wait for the day period, because the resolution might take a little bit longer but I think we're making progress I just sent a secured email on my account to Audi Financial Services regarding the check from [redacted] and gave them my authorization that [redacted] can talk or communicate with them about this issue The attached copy of the check that [redacted] sent is not really a verification that the check cleared on their bank account It's just a voucher that a check was issued A copy to [redacted] of this response e-mail to you will hopefully open up to end this issue Thank you very much for your great help [redacted] & [redacted] ***

In response to the credit for Mr& Mrs*** not showing on their statement as of January 4, 2017, I contacted our business office to find out what happened to the check. They checked with the bank and at that point the check had not been cashed. That check was then cancelled by our business office and a new check was issued and sent via FedEx to Audi Financial Services on Friday, January 13th, 2017. Our business office is going to let us know when the check is cashed and once we have that information, I will contact Mr*** to let him know so this issue can be resolved*** ***

Our Acame back with miles added to it after being in service for days at Audi San Diego, with no explanation
Documents found here - ***
Major events:
Drop off on Wed Feb at 10:35am for a day serviceMiles 30,(which was double confirmed by my wife as correct, as she had checked KBB that morning (we're selling the car) before leaving and used 30,as the miles)Pickup promised same day or Thurs morning by *** our service tech
Call to wife Wed evening from *** stating that they haven’t had time yet to touch the carPickup now looking like Thurs afternoon
Call to wife on Thurs afternoon @ 3:00pm from *** (turns out *** was off on Thurs)*** says that the car needs new tires, and the backup camera is 3rd party and isn't covered under warrantyWife corrects him, they checked to see if they were referring to the right carNope, wrong carCalled back to apologize @ 3:20pm, stated that our car still hadn’t been touched, and that they’d call back with an update on our car by EOBAlso stated that for the inconvenience, they’d deliver the car for no charge*** never calls back
Call to wife on Friday morning from ***, saying that they finally started working on our car and that it’d be ready that day
Car delivered at 4:15pmCheckout miles list 30,Actual miles 30,434, a difference of from initial drop-off to now
We've since dealt with the service department, the service director, and the general manager of Audi San Diego with absolutely no explanation of where the miles came fromGM stated that his tech mis-wrote the initial miles, but had no explanation for the "exit miles" also being mis-writtenDuring one of our calls the GM actually offered to show me security footage of the car being in the shop the entire daysBut when I stated that I'd like to take him up on his offer, he went silent and we haven't heard from him since
In short, we don't know what happened exactlyBut I do know that a simple one-day service turned into a three-day saga and in the process our Aclocked enough miles to go from San Diego to north LA and backAnd since both Audi San Diego and Audi Corporate haven't done anything but give me lip-service
So fair warning...Audi of San Diego is no bueno!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The agreement signed with *** Auto Group states that "liability will continue to the successors of Dealership"This makes Kuni Automotive legally
liable for the Lifetime Oil Change PromotionIt is apparent that Audi of San Diego/Kuni Automotive does not have a valid basis that the agreement with *** Auto Group does not transferI would like to see documentation, and proper written proof in where it clearly states that Audi of San Diego is not liable for the free lifetime oil change.

I verified with *** at AFS, ext***, that the check was received and the credit posted to Mr***’ account on 1/17/2017. The representative at AFS stated that Mr*** can verify this by calling *** or via his account on the AFS website

I will not wait for the 5 day period, because the resolution might take a little bit longer but I think we're making progress.  I just sent a secured email on my account to Audi Financial Services regarding the check from [redacted] and gave them my authorization that [redacted] can talk or communicate with them about this issue.  The attached copy of the check that [redacted] sent is not really a verification that the check cleared on their bank account.  It's just a voucher that a check was issued.  A copy to [redacted] of this response e-mail to you will hopefully open up to end this issue.  Thank you very much for your great help.
