We have been in contact with this customer since he received the orders that he placed He attempted to place different orders with different credit cards were declined and were accepted Here is a log of the attempted orders and results:

I never had a problem with first option medical until I ordered the second time and I haven't received my package yet it's been 2 weeks and a half still nothing .

I've dealt with First Option Medical 4 or 5 times and always had excellent service and extremely quick deliveries. I've also saved a ton of money compared to the company the [redacted] used to order wound dressing for its patients. In fact, First Option Medical prices are half of those charged by [redacted] (true gougers). I recommend this company with equivocation. [redacted]

I ordered my supplies 1/20/16 at 12:30 am received my order 1/21/16 at 3:30 pm...I wasn't even expecting it to be fast like that with free shipping. Thanks!!! [redacted]

First Option Medical has terrible customer service, they don't return calls and only email you back when they feel like it. I paid $245.92 for test strips that I never received, I had to dispute the payment with my credit card company to get the refund. From all the reviews I have read this company seems like a scam. BEWARE.

First Option Medical in Cheyenne is very unresponsive. My husband ordered a foot brace for which he was billed in July. After about a month, we contacted First Option regarding the status of the order and were told it was on back order. Jill said that she would look into it, but we never heard back from her. Having not heard back and not receiving the product, we cancelled the order and called our credit card company for a credit. I don't recommend doing business with First Option Medical.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. WE ORDERED AN ITEM AND THEN RETURNED IN JANUARY, 2017. GOTTEN EMAILS FROM JILL (WHO SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY EMPLOYEE) - SHE IS CHECKING (FOR THE 10TH TIME) TO SEE WHERE OUR REFUND IS. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
