I cancelled via letter over a year ago as per customer service demanded, And they decided they would not accept cancelation. Customer service constantly drops calls and hangs up on you. I have serval recorded and yes they were informed it was being recorded, asked me to send letter again and I told them this is not right and is fraudulent to just cancel it she told me she would not and hung up on me and yes I have proof.

Review: This company drives me crazy. I hate their service. I don't want use the service. I sent the cancellation form to terminate the service on Feb. **, 2014. They confirmed they received the form but refused to complete the termination procedures! The customer service always said somebody would call me in 24 hours. But they never do that. I urged to talk with [redacted]. [redacted] always in vacation or during meeting!!!!! I want't cancel. Simple thing. Terrible company!Desired Settlement: Terminate the service and refund my deposit $200 for the machine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I called in multiple times to cancel. They sent out the cancellation form, I signed and the lady said the signature doesn't match the original signature that I signed from the contract. Then I told them to send me a copy of the contract and she said she wouldn't send it out to me because I am not the right person. Then I said you can ask me for my security question but she wouldn't and still didn't send out to me. She also gave me a lot of attitude. This issue has been going on for over 2-3 months. She just won't send the contract or cancel. Then I got transferred to another department and another lady said she was the cancellation department and they didn't receive the cancellation form. She told us to send it again and will help us cancel. However, it has not been canceled yet and they still continue to charge me and now they are using a collection company to collect money from me. This is illegal.Desired Settlement: I want my refund back from their monthly charges that I didn't even use their service. Also I want to make sure my account is closed and they do not charge me any further.

Review: An attempt to return the credit card machine. When called they said to send it back and I would get a full refund. I did to the address they gave me and they stated they did not revive it. I checked with the post office and they said it was delivered to the address provided and they provided me with the shipping information. The vendor still states they did not get it. I found on line where they have done this to others. I do not know what else I can do to be my money back. See the letters attached and the shipping information.Desired Settlement: Refund the $325 for the return of the credit card machine like they said they would.
