First Performance Recovery Corp.

Review: After stating to pay a 9 month recovery to reinstate my student loans to the original lender, Performance tells me no I must sign my loans over to them and they will charge a 22 percent fee, or 30 thousand dollars, of which I responded no I do not want you to take over my loans. I was then threatened. They said they will call and harass me every day. I told them do not call again, I want all correspondence through mail. She then told me they will garnish my pay Monday morning. I know no one can do this without first taking you to court and getting a judgement.

They have repeatedly called me with local numbers and many of them to harass me. I have in one day, after telling them to stop calling, a cell one record of Performance calling 129 times.

They are now also reporting my student loan balance, without my signing their illicit document, with the 30 extra tagged onto my balance.Desired Settlement: Performance student loans collections are being sued in class action lawsuit already for unlawful business practices, saying to pay 9 months and your student loans will come out of default, but this does not happen.
