Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called the day I got the tires and rims put on and told them they were not balanced and shaking very bad I took truck back in a couple days later to have Eric rebalance themI'm not sure why they are stating it was weeks as that is when I get the truck aligned I was told by [redacted] in his office if I had someone else align the truck he would give me my money back So I did just that and had a guy get it done at a shop named Alignments by *** I called [redacted] up and let him know I guess he did not believe me and wanted to talk to the aliment shop So I had [redacted] call over there and let him know exactly what he did I was never asked for a spec sheet to give to [redacted] I was also never given a before spec sheet from Bernard's I still believe NOTHING was done to my truck for the aliment as it pulled just as much as it did before I took it in I did not demand anything back I was TOLD by [redacted] *o come back in and he would refund my money He ran my card and I was telling him being a business owner myself I would have refunded my customer immediately especially since whatever they did didn't fix anything He said "i would shut my mouth till I got the refund if I was you" I said oh wow really?? He said you know what here is your card back do what you have to do And threw it on the counter I left and called my credit card company as I was leaving the parking lotI just want other customers to be warned about the operations they are running Regards, [redacted]

From: btwheel Sent: Sunday, May 08, 2:PM To: *** Subject: Complaint #*** In response to complaint ***. This customer came to our store in his Fpick up with after market wheels and new mud grip tires that he wanted mounted & balance on 2-18-16,
which we did. Customer returned 3-22-16, weeks later after driving on these tires he complained that the tires were bouncing, truck riding rough, & pulling to the right. These are all tire issues and even though we did not know his driving history on and/or off road with these tires, our tire manager rebalanced his tires at no cost. Customer returned on 3-24-still making same complaints and asked for a front end alignment. It was done and when the customer picked up his pick up he was told the front end adjustment was max and would need new parts to get better alignment. Customer left with this knowledge. He returned days later, states he feels like the front end alignment did nothing and he wanted his money back. He states he talked with another shop and they believed they could fix it, he told *** it would take 10-days to get it into this Marble Falls shop. *** *old customer bring me the before and after spec sheets showing the changes before and after adjustment this shop made & he would make it right with him on front end alignment. Customer returned the next day without spec sheets demanding his money back and began getting belligerent with *** and without the specs we did not refund his money.
